"As many of you might wonder, what is G-SHARP or why the name G-SHARP? G-SHARP is a musical key/note in music. G SHARP also stands for God Sharp according to our definition. This means that whatever we do in our music will be intended to touch and change lives through the presence of God in it. This is because without God, we wont have the talents that we all posess.

 With God, all things are possible. We members of G-SHARP: laolu(OLA), bolade(BOLA), ayomide(AYO), lekan(OLA), sope; have all been blessed with talents that we use and will only use to EDUCATE people and PRAISE the GOD that we serve. The name of the band has ALWAYS been alive, but made more sense when we all put our musical talents together. We basically put our talents in notification and looked through our package as a band and realized that we have the potential to reach out to people with the kind of music that we create."
